Job Description

The Bravi Ragazzi famiglia is looking for a high-energy, versatile Team Member to join our fast-paced pizzeria. You will handle everything from preparing fresh ingredients in the morning to serving our guests at the counter and keeping our dining room spotless. The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker who can switch between kitchen tasks and customer service with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation: Assist the kitchen by washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and preparing toppings. Assist in preparing pizza dough, sauces, and garnishes according to our recipes.

Counter Service: Greet customers warmly and take food/drink orders in-store, online and phone orders accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system. Process payments (cash/credit) and handle take-out or delivery orders.

Bussing & Cleaning: Clear and sanitize tables immediately after guests leave to ensure quick turnover. Maintain a clean dining area by sweeping, mopping spills, and refilling condiments or napkins. Sweep, mop floors and bathrooms, and clean garbage containers regularly.

Inventory & Support: Stock refrigerators, pizza box stations, and beverage coolers. Support the pizza makers during peak "rush" hours by assembling boxes or bringing prepared ingredients to their stations.

Assembling: Pizza boxes.

Skills & Qualifications 

Pace & Stamina:
Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) when moving flour bags or supplies.
Communication: Excellent verbal skills to interact with guests and relay orders to the kitchen team.
Reliability: Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Certification: A valid Food Handler Certificate is highly preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a fast-casual restaurant or retail environment is required.

Work Type

Part-time gradually switching to Full-time (from 24 to 44 hours per week).
Requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Hours of Work: Various times from 10:30 am to 10:30 pm depending on shifts 
Tips: Tips will be available after training period.
